Taste: medium to light bodied, elegant, soft tannins. Very long finish. Liquorice and tobacco with notes of dark chocolate. PAIRING Ideal with roasted white meats and lamb, the Pinot Nero is the only one red that can be paired with fish (Octopus, grilled sea-bass).
